Beautiful drive out to the nature center !!! Worth the trip ! I took 7 teenagers and we all enjoyed this non-beachy activity ! Learned about horseshoe crabs and looked at all the exhibits. They have telescopes there to view the birds out on the water. Spent about an hour there. The horseshoe crab presentation was about 30 mins long. Restrooms and AC inside.

Amazing place to learn about horseshoe crabs, their importance in medicine, as well as see beautiful shore birds. I saw four osprey while I was there.

This is a good place to take kids. Also, there is a lot of things adults will like here too! They also offer story time for kids a couple of times a week.

Delightful education experience for young and old. Hundreds of different varieties of birds can be found on the shoreline. Young Osprey learning to build their nest. Come and enjoy a delightful experience.

Very nice center. Off the beaten trail. Interesting facts about the Delaware Bay, and all the fish. Birds and mammals in it and visit. Would recommend it highly.
