I was lucky enough to spot some rowers really making the most of a lovely day recently, as you can see in this picture. The river itself is such a fantastic, calming place for activities like rowing or kayaking, or simply for unwinding by the water. It's a really important natural gem that gives the city both great places for fun and absolutely gorgeous views. If you're looking to get closer to nature or try out some water sports, I'd definitely suggest checking it out!

Love this trail. Almost walked the entire thing in sections. Each area has it own unique landscape n vibe. Each season brings new experiences. Fall is my favorite

This river cuts through many east Pennsylvania towns like Reading and Philadelphia. Historic waterway to see

It wasn't anything special. I didn't go in the water but my family did.

I did not know that this trail existed until a few weeks ago. It is very quiet, very peaceful and very under used. You have to check out the dam at the end. You can drive in your car to the dam. You turn off of the route 29 bridge in Phoenixville and drive down to a picnic area.
