I had a great time, caught a croaker, some shad, an eal, a small turtle, a big turtle I couldn't get out of the water and about 3 dozen juvenile crabs. I also packed away a garbage bag of trash others had left, please take your trash with you people!

The wildlife area is spread out over miles of the Delaware River bank and forests and marshes behind it. We visited on a fall day and were warned to wear blaze orange if we went hiking because of active deer hunting. We didn’t have that so stuck to the beach access area, which was very nice!

Beautiful place for a walk. The trail is well marked and just over 3 miles if you walk to the beach and back to the parking lot.

Great scenic, hiking, photography and hunting locations, very well maintained by the State.
