Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is a large and well-organized airport with 7 terminals (A-East, A-West, B, C, D, E, and F) and more than 120 gates, making it one of the major airports in the region. Despite its size and the number of passengers it handles daily, the airport is efficiently managed.

We experienced severe winter weather with strong winds and heavy snow, and unfortunately our flight was canceled late at night. Traveling with small children in those conditions can be stressful, but the ground staff and airport mobility team were extremely supportive and professional. They kept passengers updated regularly and guided everyone calmly through the rebooking process.

The airport shuttle service was also timely and well coordinated, which made a big difference during such difficult weather conditions. Even during the snowstorm, the facilities were clean, safe, and well maintained.

Overall, Philadelphia International Airport proved to be a reliable and passenger-friendly airport, especially during challenging weather. We truly appreciated the helpful staff and organized system. Highly recommended for its service and professionalism.

Philly has been one of many airports I’ve frequent but of late it’s been monthly. This trip I stay at the Marriott at the airport and it was SI convenient after a redeye and the signage was good. Plenty of food options and beverages. Well organized and polite personales

Only my second time flying out of PHL and found it to be very easy to navigate. Lots of eating and shopping. Great options if you are looking at killing some time while waiting for a flight. Check in was good and security lines were not long. It is one heck of a hike from one end to the other. The moving walkways (very few by the way) were partially inop. It would be a great added benifits if they had those to speed up the commute from each terminal.

At Philadelphia International Airport, Terminal A rolls out the welcome mat with shiny floors and a “look at me” vibe. By the time you hit Terminal B and C, you are in the busy-but-getting-there stage. Terminal D reminds you of that slightly tired uncle who is still fun but definitely past his prime, Terminal E is where the budget flight fans hang out and where the decor screams “we don’t have much, but we care!“ … and Terminal F? Don’t even ask 😃
