Well, you have a great view of the Delaware River, and every time I come here, I've only seen 3 or 4 cars, so it's not crowded at all. Also it seems that the "park ranger is always close by, for anyone who might not feel safe.

Never been to the launch itself, but was forced to park here for a tire repair as the road leading to this place is a maze of potholes and uneven roadway. Use total caution and you'll likely still have a flat with a bent rim. Best of luck in this area...

This is a real nice quiet secluded place to relax and enjoy the sun and the fresh air. Everytime I am here I noticed all types of guys all different age ranges hanging out together sitting in a car or vehicle together or sitting along the bank, having a good time.
Every time I am at the boat launch it is nice that guys will come by my car and be very friendly and try to talk to me and other guys there.
Its always a very satisfying and relaxing time.
With there being a long driveway, with only one entry and exit, it is easy to see others that may be approaching.

The ramp and lot have been closed and fenced off for over two years. There is a redesign in the works but I couldn’t find updates as to when it might open. If you’re just wanting to get down by the river you might be able to walk in to fish, but there is no vehicle access.

Awesome place to sit and watch the guy in the Toyota Tundra take over the place mid morning to sell drugs to the community. The crackheads drive right in there like a religion to get their fix. They aren't even discreet about it. The place could be quiet and relaxing if you didn't have to watch this every time you go there
