Nice little place to launch. We set out in high tide, returned a few hours later. Plentyof depth during high tide, not too bad 3 hours later (6-9ft). Close to eateries on the water. Would really like to see the ramp repaired. There are a lot of pot holes. Dock has some pretty scary bolts that protrude out and could cause some damage. Bumpers and attention to detail and no issues. Quick hour trip south at 30mph put you at Penn's landing. Minutes from Bristol. Eyeshot of Curtins Warf.

This is a public boat ramp. Be prepared to pay a small fee for a permit if an attendant is present. There are also public boat ramps to the north, in Florence and Bordentown. To the south, there are quite a few private ramps, but I believe the closest public ramp is in Pennsauken.

Boat ramp was wide and super easy to back the trailer down. However, the ramp was full of potholes and uneven spots, so my boat was bumping up and down. There was a lot of trash in the river, and old abandoned buildings surrounding the ramp made it feel less safe. Parking is very limited, only about 8 spots or so for full truck and trailer.

There is a cute little park right by the ramp, which is nice, and an adorable restaurant right on the water.

High or low tide. It doesn’t matter. It’s perfect place to drop your boat.

After I tired my boat up to get the truck, I came back to find someone about to get into my boat. He stopped when I started walking down the dock to pull the boat onto the trailer. Then he was standing way way too close as I worked. Quite an uneasy vibe from from some of the folks hanging around there. The ‘vehicles with trailers’ spots are full of cars without trailers that are just hanging around. This is the second time something like this happened.

I believe I’m gonna ask the city for my permit money back.
