Nice and clean small park with easy access to the trail system.

For Kayaks/Canoes there's a trail that goes right to the river, however there is a small bank to climb down. Would suggest going down backwards while letting the kayak slide down the sandy embankment to be safe. There are some exposed rocks at the bottom so I would suggest not just letting the kayak slide by itself as it may get damaged

Nice park on the Delaware River with a playground and pavilion. Good access to the Delaware portion of the D&L rail trail. Great spot to start a bike ride. As of 2/26/2025, a bridge 3 miles south is closed for repair. It is actively being worked on

Saw some great specimens today.. We saw a belted kingfisher. A male and female common mergansers. And plenty of DCR guys fixing the D&L trail between WY Hit Tuk and the Theodore Roosevelt Recreation Center
