I have ez pass and i got charge $ 1.25 at that time. after 15 days they send me the violation ticket for $ 33 i called them and its took more than 1 hour on hold me to get ans which was not proper answer the lady who was on ph she doesnt know how to talk and doesnt know how i got the violation with EZ pass and suggest me to send the ezpass transaction statement with that violation to dispute, (they west my time almost 1 hour 25 mnts for dollar $ 1.25 which i already pay at that time) worst management ever EZpassNJ NEXT TIME I WILL DRIVE 5 MORE MNTS AND PASS FROM EASTON TOWN TO AVOID THE BRIDGE(i have $1.25 but i dont have 1 HOUR time to call them for no proper ans)
