Interesting historic village. Free access. Ample parking. Public restrooms. Handicapped accessible parking and restrooms available. It was nice to walk among the buildings. A mill, barn, church, several homes, Cooper, black Smith, and other buildings and out houses gave a glimpse into New Jersey's diverse past.

Great place for kids to learn hands on history. This was a winter stop along a self guided driving tour via the Delaware Water Gap. We learned a lot about the homes, churches, and businesses. Lots of parking but on uneven ground. Summer is better time for visit for most as it has lots of staff during that time and live exhibits. We enjoyed the quiet.

Very cool area. I recommend traveling the Old Mine road.

Old historic village, nothing seems to be open during the week. I did not see any signage describing what each building was. The exteriors of the buildings look to be well maintained.

Nice place but there is no historic reference to read in the site. The signs are dirty too, just to pass by is ok. The road uphill next to it takes you to the whole Delaware Water Gap, very nice and you have to be there early to enjoy it fully!
