A great spot on a calm part of the river. The view of Narrowsburg and Big Eddy bridge is great from here. Excellent accommodations for to launch your kayak, raft or canoe from.

The PA Fish and Boat Launch at Narrowsburg (often called the Darbytown Access) is my preferred alternative to the often-chaotic NY side of the bridge. If you’re looking to get on the Delaware without the heavy tourist traffic, this is the spot.

The paved ramp is solid and well-maintained, making it easy to drop in a motorboat or a few kayaks without much fuss. The parking lot is asphalt and usually has plenty of room, though it does fill up on those peak summer Saturdays. It’s located just downriver from the bridge, offering a much quieter vibe while still putting you right in the heart of the deepest part of the river. It’s a great jumping-off point for a day of fishing or a steady float down toward Lackawaxen. Just remember that since it’s a PFBC site, you’ll need your launch permit or registration visible.

Convenient public boat launch for a trip down the Delaware River to Ten Mile River access, Lackawaxen, and places downstream. That is a gorgeous section of the river with fun rapids and very little slackwater. Limited parking and usually portapotties on site. It's located across the river from Narrowsburg NY.
