It's a 300 year old restaurant that was an Inn. It's an older crowd and a traditional menu. And? It's literally the most forward thinking, modern, creative and fun bartender in the Philadelphia area. Want a glass of wine and oysters? It won't disappoint. But want a new, modern take on a cocktail, and killer vibes? Come see Nick. The whole staff hits the professionalism you want, but Nick and the bar crew takes it to another level. You didn't hear it from me, but if you've got the nerve, ask him about the 7 deadly sins.....and enjoy the nest kept secret this side of the Delaware.

Afternoon Tea:

From the moment I walked into the Yardley Inn, I felt the warmth and attentiveness of the hostess and staff, who went out of their way to make sure our group was well taken care of. I especially loved that we had a private room—it added a personal, cozy touch to the afternoon. While the window was small, the view of the river was absolutely charming.

The table was beautifully decorated, and the food exceeded my expectations. I’m happy to say I had my very first gazpacho experience, and it was fantastic—the flavors tasted like they came straight from a Bucks County garden. The tea was outstanding, sandwiches were deliciously unique, and the desserts had a touch of mystery after each bite! I do agree with Debbie—the scones were a bit small and on the dry side, which was a slight disappointment. Thankfully, the butter helped redeem them a bit—lol!

I will absolutely return to the Yardley Inn, as I felt the price was more than fair for the quality and presentation of the menu. All in all, a truly satisfying experience!

We stopped in for a nice lunch date, the food was really good. The place was nice and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Did not take us long to get seated and get our food as well. My bf got a chicken burger and I got the salmon entree. Both were delicious 🤤 my most favorite was dessert! Which was the dark chocolate flourless cake 🍰 which was EXTREMELY good for my sweet tooth! The decor was so pretty and the scenery where we sat was so peaceful and perfect view of river 😍

This spot has always been a go-to spot for us. Great place for dinner located in a beautiful setting right across the street from the Delaware River. The place has a nice balance being located in a historic building with tasteful modern decor. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and helpful. They always have a good menu and mix it up regularly to keep it fresh. They have good entrees as well as salads and sandwiches. There’s something for everyone!
