An atrocious experience and I didn’t even get to the rafting yet. We had a reservation, more than half our party arrived at 11:20, by 12 no bus in sight. Finally a bus showed up at 12:27 and we aren’t allowed with 6 small overheated anxious children. When addressed i was told that apparently people who have not been here were all here before us because 3/12 people of our party, who arrived while we were still waiting anyway. Will never recommend: the staff is a bunch of nasty teens who roll their eyes and shrug their shoulders. Terrible start for a weekend.

I would put zero stars if I could. The front desk people kept telling us to wait to check in and also said they have busses running when in fact busses are running every 40-50min and when we were ready to board they didnt let us get on bus because someone was checked in earlier, meanwhile we are ready to board and none of those people even have vests ready. The person literally dismissed us and ran away, worst service and experience I've ever had, do yourself a favor find some other place, any other place in fact. We have kids waiting in the hot sun for over an hour for no reason, but they didnt forget to mention if you are late its a $100 fee qell maybe you should let us get to rafting on time!

Amazing place not to far from NYC for kayaking and canoes. Amazing time to hang out with family and friends, even furry friends. Can take up to 5 hours. They provide a bus that takes you back to the parking lot.

TriVersity The Pride Center held its 2nd Annual Paddle for Pride event on 6/28/2025 and we could not have been happier with all the support, assistance and positive energy from Kittatiny! We had 81 participants and received everything we needed from Kittatiny. Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with throughout the planning process and Kayla could not have been more accommodating the day of the event. Everyone was kind and respectful. The office was decorated with Pride flags for our event! Event got some words of encouragement and support from the guys handing out the rafts. What a perfect experience. We rafted from Staircase to Matamoras on a delightful day. Will definitely use Kittatiny in the future.

Fun activity to do. Bring a cooler with some drinks and sandwiches make a nice day out of it. Some spots are nice to stop and take a quick look. Only hard part is getting back on the raft in the deep ends. Be careful of the rapid parts you may get ejected from the raft
