Pretty decent boat ramp and docking system. Permits are REQUIURED. Some reviewers are saying it's free. Could be a little cleaner, but overall not bad. Very large parking area.

The ramp is good low and high tide. The dock is in need of repair and has not been done for years. It is hard to tie to broken cleats ob the dock. It is also many times full of goose droppings. This should be cleaned up on a daily basis. The security guards are nice.

I actually only parked there to take a half hour work break, though I am a boat owner. This place looks like it has the potential to be really nice and it probably was at one time. There is trash, empty little liquor bottles and general filth everywhere. I swear you can even smell sh*t in the air! There are picnic tables under a roof I wouldn't dare sit at for fear of catching a horrible disease or infection! Such a shame. 😒

I mean it's not much to it's just a boat ramp at least they got security Now so maybe people don't have to worry so much about accidents or fighting over who turned it is to take their boat out that's a good thing they can live it up a little maybe some fresh water fountains outdoor bathroom brighter lights anything
