We have been coming to Landers and staying at the campgrounds for years but finally found out about this location offering the overnight stays.

It is a large, warm victorian style home ran by the nicest couple who cater to all your needs and know the area well.

The overall experience was great with the house theme itself especially being unique. All the rooms are different and the entire residence is older but extremely clean with breakfast and utilities offered. You can rent tubes for the day and visit the nearby falls or river and explore.

We stayed here for a few nights last week and had an awesome stay, will definitely be returning with the family next time around.

My husband and our two boys 5 and 11 and I went to the lothian house for the weekend of the Fourth of July. What an amazing surprise whole day! The place is simply gorgeous, like a dolls house filled with antiques and collections. The place is extremely clean and well-kept, and the property sits on a location that is truly dream lake. I always loved the Delaware river, but that particular place has A real charm and some really cool options for water sports. But the best part is really the owners, who are adorable and extremely helpful in every possible way. This place has real charm and will be the perfect spot to escape the tumult and worries of every day life. And the kids will love it!

Had the pleasure of staying at the Lothian House this past weekend while we enjoyed the fall foliage and all that Sullivan County has to offer. I must say this B & B was Beautiful and the Scenic Delaware River was breathtaking. The owners Bill and Lou were very gracious and accommodating. The Lothian House B & B began with warm smiles and friendly faces. Our weekend trip was all that a mini vacation should be. Relaxing. Great continental breakfast. Peaceful. The owners are beyond accommodating and friendly and just all around great people. We cannot wait to go back next summer.
