First time tubing down the Delaware and it happened to be one of the hottest days of the year.
The buses that transport you to the drop-off point do not have A/C.
Once you get to the drop-off point, you have to navigate some stairs to get down to the river with your tube.
Our water levels were two feet below normal so it was quite shallow in some places but the temp was niicceeeee and we swam quite a bit to cool off. The river was very clear.
Definitely wear shoes that will stay on your feet. Flip flops are a no go.

We had such a great time at Bucks County River Tubing! The staff was friendly, organized, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The river was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a fun day with family and friends. Everything was well managed, and the shuttle service was convenient. Such a great, relaxing way to spend the day! My husband and I spent the fourth this year and last tubing and plan to make it a yearly tradition. Checking in is EASY- fast and organized. The Hot Dog man is a bonus! Perfect way to celebrate the Fourth of July and cool off during this heatwave!

We had a great time tubing down the river with this outfit. They made everything so easy. A bigger life jacket would've been appreciated for some chesty girls and at the end I wish they would take the tubes from us instead of having to walk back up the hill. But the staff was polite and helpful, the tubes were great, the ride up was quick and easy.

Such a fun family experience! Got a great deal on Groupon and the whole family had a blast! We chose the deluxe tubes with a backrest, which were very comfortable. My youngest daughter who is 8 chose a tube with a bottom but she regretted that and would have chosen the tube without a bottom. The river temp was perfect. The sun was very bright and pretty much no shade down the river so lather up on sunblock. We brought ropes and ties our tubes together. Will definitely be going back next summer. Thanks so much!
