As a Marathon Swimmer, I train in the CT River weekly. The Trinity Boathouse is the safest, and most trusted place to push off , and swim Upstream. The crew team are all very understanding, and helpful . This spot on the CT river is fantastic!

Summer , fall, winter or spring , this is a favorite secret spot on the CT River . The only requirements are you cannot be faint of heart, and you must be high on adventure. Just next to goodwin college, down the gangplank, and there you are....on the edge of the majestic Ct River, and ready to take the plunge if you dare!
