Beautiful spot on river and approx one mile walk up to look at the dam

This quiet boat ramp is wonderful for kayaking. Heading toward the dam and circling around can make for a good one hour paddle, which is about all my bottom can handle. However, traveling down river is a sweet experience as well. You may encounter various wildlife, i.e., eagle, deer.
The current has little to no effect on the difficulty or ease of this paddle. The wind may, though :)
