No access to water from any safe point. My family and I walked around the whole area looking for a safe place to get to the water with no luck. While walking to find access to the water we saw needles on the ground, so please be careful and be safe should you decide to venture here.

Gorgeous park, however there were homeless people activity doing drugs at the picnic tables when we got there around 6:30pm. We kept our visit very brief as we didn't feel welcome or safe there.

Project Clean Parks rated this park 5-stars — ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

🏞️ Adjacent to the LISTEN Thrift Store & Community Dinner Center, this is one of my favorite Hartford, VT parks. It's small, quiet, with easy access to the White River tributary that flows into the Connecticut River. A generally quiet & pleasant area to just hang out, read a book, bring your dogs, or eat your meal.

In an effort to bring you the best experience possible, volunteers have removed from this park a total of...
#3️⃣ full black bags of trash...
#3️⃣4️⃣ aluminum cans (5¢ redeemable)
#1️⃣4️⃣ glass bottles

Now properly recycled ♻, redeemed 💰, & disposed of 🪣, since Project Clean Parks was formed in 2020.

It's a nice little park, however there are a lot of homeless that hang out there and used needles have been found. Not a great place for young children.
