Stayed here last year with my buddy. We kayaked in and spent a few days fishing. Amazing spot. You can only get here by watercraft. There is one nice lean to for rent and about six tent spots, most near the river bank. Great view and launch point for many adventures. A quick paddle away from swim spot. They bring you down a bundle of firewood for each night! Great place.

Great place to spend a weekend. Decent little bathroom and one campsite has a nice lean-to. Nice little dock perfect for swimming or fishing. Each site has a pedistal grill for charcoal and nice little fire pits. Fishing spots right next to the sites have always been good. Prepare for some decent catfish, smallmouth and occasionally some carp.

I've camped in here from a boat and I've walked in here in the dead of night more than a few times. The place is nice with it's dock and pavilion for camping. It's dirt cheap and kept nice and clean by the power company that owns it.

Be warned that if you park on the road and walk into the campsite, you will totally be asked to leave by and authorities because you're not supposed to be there.

Pros:
- Quiet site
- Has three spots, one with a cool pavilion
- Bathroom (No Shower)
- Grills and fire spots
- Each site feels very independent of the others
- Clean
- Great view of the river

Cons:
- No legal road access
- Owned by the power company, not the State
- Dock can really only hold two powered boats

Great when the rope swing is up. If it is up don't fall out of the tree.
