This is a REALLY nice place to camp. My friend and I camped overnight here years and years ago the summer before I went off to college on a Kayaking trip from Townshend, VT all the way down to Northampton, MA. I think it was Day #4 of being on the river when we camped here.

Camped out here on a Kayaking trip down the Connecticut MANY moons ago. Beautiful spot.
