Very beautiful campsite. Toilet stalls were clean and roomy enough. No electricity, no problem, bring a car battery and a solar charger and an electric outlet adapter for the battery 👍🏻 But why I’m really leaving a review was because when my husband had to unexpectedly leave for the hospital our last morning there, the staff and rangers , and a friendly neighbor, had the capacity to help me out , without hesitance, and it was very kind and heartwarming!

Loved coming here! My son rented his kayak here, I brought my own kayak. They didn't say anything about it. Which I thought was really nice. My son left his in another state so we came here for the afternoon so he could rent one. The staff were very polite. Even their porta potties were okay lol Definitey coming back

We stayed for 1 night on site 31. The site was huge, we had a camper van and a large tent, with plenty of space for chairs around the fire. The site next to us (30) was closed due to Covid spacing, so it was like we had the place to ourselves. Our site was just outside of the gate others have mentioned as being a hassle, so we lucked out, but it only seemed to be hassle if you needed it go in and out of the site frequently. All the sites seemed clean, and there was tons of sticks and branches close by for gathering firewood. Only visited the outhouse once and it was fine. No bad smells and it wasn’t dirty.

I highly recommend this campsite and I look forward to returning.

Great campground. Bring your own water in, the only spicket is at the entrance. Sites are large and not very close together. No swimming at your site as all are well above the river.

Staff was wonderful, site was clean. Jet skiers noise first thing in the AM seemed almost on purpose seeing that they have the whole river to do that. It would be 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the cars constantly driving in and out into the wee hours. Our neighbors were having a mental breakdown with lots of yelling the next morning. That was challenging. We just got the hell outta there. What can I say. Maybe 2.5 stars now that I think about it.
