It’s my first year in Windsor and I can say that I love this town! And I love Windsor in every season! The last winter I saw a huge bobcat and it was amazing! Take a look at my pictures.

A lovely 1.5 mile walk on a paved path going in a loop. There's trails that go off the main trail.

7.4.25 Bring bug spray. I got eaten alive by the mosquitoes. This was a very easy, short, paved walking trail that's great for all ages. You can walk down to the river from a few spots. Folks were walking, running, fishing, and kayaking, and one young lady said she came here to paint. This was a very quiet, clean, and peaceful walk. Minus the mosquitoes.

Great spot for walking the dog. Bunnies, Egret, and other creatures of the woods.

I stopped by in the evening for an easy river walk. Ample parking lot, no bathrooms. The flat trail is shady and paved and suitable for strollers. The trail is a loop of about a mile with a short trail at each end, one that leads to a park at the south end, and BART’s Grill at the north end. I walked up to Barts for an easy fresh dinner on a picnic table looking at the river. Lots of families, fishermen and a few joggers . A great stop.
