Lively and lovely place to visit. You can do boating , catch fish , barbecue . In brief it's an amazing place to stay for a day to plan a picnic.

Great place to stop for a coffee in the morning and maybe throw a line in. But locals leave a lot of trash. Condom wrappers all over the ground.

Beautiful place to access river! We love to picnic and soak in river water. River is shallow so we can easily cross it or just walk on either side.

Great access to the Farmington River. Easy water all the way to the Connecticut River.

Nice little park. Moderate parking but very few picnjc tables.
Do not expect to launch a kayak here. At 730 am there is little water. Lots of rocks and much gravel.
There is no real put in place steep babks and mud. We got in but it was not easy.
Park gets a three, but launch gets a zero.
