Too many stupid people Park their cars by the boat launch when you're trying to launch your boat. Wish the area was taken care of a little better. If you launch your boat here you can't go very far upriver.

Nice place long stretch of sand along the CT. River. Boat ramp look OK. There is narrow roads to get in the launch... A lot of locals just sitting talking some in chairs some in there cars. Just a nice chill and relax place

First time I ever took my kayak out I launched from here. Great spot to paddle up river. Went all the way up to Six Flags and back. Got to see a beautiful sunset as I was pulling my boat out too.

Always peaceful, nice spot to watch the sunset right by the river or feed the birds.
