May 2023. The grounds here are beautiful. The parking is big. The bathrooms are close by. There are many walking paths, 2 playground, basketball courts, etc. Places for families to picnic and enjoy a stroll. And the views from the Boathouse are spectacular.

I love it here. Took my niece dog for a walk and just enjoyed the weather and view. Beautiful,clean and quiet environment.

1st time photographing here in 2022 and it's a really great spot. The waterfront is a beautiful backdrop for photos. Sunset on the river creates some amazing lighting. Looking forward to getting back here.

We had so much fun photographing a wedding at Glastonbury Boathouse. The venue was like a blank space, which allowed Lauren and Antonio to easily incorporate important elements of Antonio’s Mexican heritage like hanging Papel picado (Mexican pennant flags) from the beautifully vaulted ceilings. Their ceremony took place overlooking the glistening Connecticut River just before sunset... which meant we got to sneak away for a few minutes during cocktail hour to capture the most amazing sunset photos on the dock. Such a wonderful and fun space!

The venue is amazing but I had awful experience with Kelly. We had the venue reserved until 8pm by which we had to make sure it was clean and left in same condition before we arrived. My plan was to move the guests to 1-2 tables and get the clean up started at 7pm.

Kelly started going to the guests to ask them to leave. At 7:04 pm she came to me and my fiance and said she will call the cops if people do not leave right away. She did not let anyone even speak to her to explain our plan. It is a pretty venue but very rigid. No one out of my 150 guests had ever seen this kind of a person who treats guests so badly.
