River Access Point

Located in Philadelphia’s Pleasant Hill Park, a public park that is maintained by the Philadelphia Commission of Parks & Recreation. Restrooms are usually open until sunset. There is a baseball field, playground, fish hatchery, ponds, paved boat launch, and parking. There is no charge for entrance or parking. Use of the rivers and regulations regarding watercraft are governed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission; powered boats must be registered with the state.
